Donnie Monk is an environmentalist who provides resources for different forms of community outreach in Syracuse, New York. Donnella is also a Neighborhood Planner for the City of Syracuse. Her works focus on the development and fighting of Blight alongside other Resurgent Neighborhood Initiatives.
